New living space Conservatory

New living space Conservatory

The Perry Family were looking to use the space on the side of their house, creating a connection out onto their garden from the kitchen and lounge area. A small neat gable fronted extension was the perfect addition and has provided them with a great looking contemporary area.

The conservatory has been a great addition to the Perry family home, connecting their living space to their garden. It has added a great deal of natural light and warmth to the area, making it a perfect space to relax and spend time with family.

The Perry family said “Thank you Paul and the whole team for building our dream extension. Your guys are amazing. They worked so hard through all weathers and made sure we were happy at every stage. I can’t recommend Oakleygreen highly enough.”

Do I need planning permission to add an orangery?

Orangeries are considered single-storey extensions for planning permission purposes, so they must follow the same guidelines and regulations as extensions. You DON’T need planning permission for an orangery IF you build within permitted development rights following the guidelines for what is acceptable.
